1. General provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) SKT-SERVICE Limited Liability Company, legal address: 180006, Pskov region, Pskov, Novatorov str., 3, office A313 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152 – FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the general principles, goals and objectives of the Company. procedure for processing personal data, as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data of Site users https://skt-service.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

The Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator may receive about users during their use of the Site.

1.1. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. This Policy comes into force from the moment of its approval and is valid indefinitely, until it is replaced by a new Policy.

The User should refrain from using the Site’s services if they do not agree with the terms of this Policy.

1.3. The Policy defines the procedure for how the Operator processes users ‘ personal data and ensures the security of this data.

1.4. The Operator processes personal data on the basis of:

  • consent to the processing of personal data provided by filling out feedback forms on the Website;
  • consent to the privacy policy.

1.5. The User guarantees that:

  • the personal data provided is accurate, up-to-date and does not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation;

2. Terms and definitions

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.

2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except in cases where the processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

2.3. Depersonalization of personal data — actions that make it impossible to determine whether personal data belongs to a specific User or other personal data subject without using additional information.

2.4. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools.

2.5. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific (or identifiable) individual (subject of personal data);

2.6. User – any person who visits the site and uses the information, materials and services of the site https://skt-service.ru;

2.7. Site – a set of graphic and informational materials, a set of interconnected web pages, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://skt-service.ru;

2.8. Destruction of personal data – any actions, as a result of which personal data is permanently destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

2.9. Cookies – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.

2.10. IP address – a unique network address of the node in the computer network through which the User gets access to the site.

3. Processing of personal data

3.1. Types of personal data processing that the Operator uses: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision), blocking, deletion, destruction.

3.2. The User agrees to the Policy when sending their personal data to the Operator, including when:

  • filling out feedback forms on the Site;
  • e-mail requests;
  • requests by phone number.

The operator performs processing-either automatically or manually.

The Operator stores Personal Data using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

3.3. Personal data of Site Users is processed for the following purposes:

3.4. Types of personal data of users processed by the Operator:

  • technical information that is automatically collected by the Site’s software when the User visits the Site.

Categories of subjects whose personal data is processed:

  • Clients and counterparties: individuals interacting with the Operator; representatives of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
  • Representatives of clients and counterparties: individuals representing the interests of clients and counterparties.
  • Site visitors and users of mobile / web applications: individuals who use the Operator’s online resources.

Personal data is provided by the User by filling out various registration forms on the Site and contains:

  • first name, surname, patronymic;
  • mobile or local phone number.
  • e-mail address.
  • additional information in the form of attached files (optional).

3.5. To maintain statistics and analyze the Site’s performance, the Operator processes anonymized data using the Yandex.Metrica metric service:

  • IP address.
  • information about the browser.
  • device type (mobile or PC).

  • other information about the User’s activity on the Site.

Depersonalized User data collected using the Internet statistics service is used to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

The website may use identification cookies and similar monitoring technologies to store information about users. Cookies may be stored on the device used by the User to access the Website, which will then be used for automatic authorization, to collect various statistical data, in particular about Website traffic.

The Operator does not store Personal Data in cookies.

3.7. Biometric personal data and special categories of personal data related to race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life are not processed on the Site.

3.8. The Operator does not check the accuracy of the information provided by the User, and assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information, controls its relevance.

3.9. Personal data is stored for no longer than the purposes of personal data processing require.

3.10. Termination of personal data processing may be subject to the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, expiration of the personal data processing period, revocation of the Site user’s consent to the processing of their personal data, as well as detection of illegal personal data processing.

4. Grounds for processing personal data

4.1. The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User if this is allowed in the User’s browser settings (storing cookies and using JavaScript technologies enabled).

5. Personal data security measures

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The Operator ensures the validity of Processing. If it is impossible to ensure the legality of Processing, the Operator is obliged to destroy or ensure the destruction of Personal Data within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days from the date of detection of illegal Processing.

The Operator stops processing and destroys Personal Data if their storage is no longer required for the purposes of Processing.

The Operator does not distribute or provide Users ‘ Personal Data to third parties without their consent, except in the following cases:

  • if the User has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party in order to fulfill its obligations under a civil contract;
  • for the purpose of preventing and suppressing illegal actions of the User and protecting the legitimate interests of the Operator and third parties, as well as in cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • at the reasoned request of judicial bodies, state security bodies, prosecutor’s offices, police, investigative bodies, other bodies and organizations in cases established by regulatory legal acts that are mandatory for execution.

The Operator implements legal and technical measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the protection of Personal Data.

Legal measures:

  • development by the Operator of local documents that implement the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Policy, and making it publicly available;
  • refusal of any processing methods that do not meet the goals set in advance by the Operator.

Technical measures:

  • prevention of unauthorized access to the database where Personal Data is stored;
  • protection of the Operator’s premises where Personal data is processed;
  • backup and recovery of personal data, operability of technical means and software, information security tools in personal data information systems;
  • other necessary security measures.

If the Site is sold, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by the buyer are transferred to the buyer.

6. Updating and destruction of personal data

6.1. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address mikhailova_ng@akron-holding.rumarked “Updating personal data”.

6.2. Personal data is processed until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator`s e-mail address mikhailova_ng@akron-holding.ru with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” or by sending a written request to the legal address: 180006, Pskov region, Pskov, Novatorov str., 3, office A313.

The operator reviews the request and sends a response to it within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the request.

6.3. The Operator destroys Personal Data in the following cases:

  • presence of a Site security threat.
  • expiration of the personal Data storage period;
  • when the purposes of Personal data processing are achieved;
  • at the User’s request.

7. Final provisions

7.1. The User can get any clarifications on the issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail mikhailova_ng@akron-holding.ru.

7.2. The Operator does not check the User’s legal capacity or the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the User.
