Personal Data

By submitting their personal data, the User consents to the processing of their personal data on the basis of Federal Law No. 152-FZ” On Personal Data ” dated 27.07.2006.

Basic terms:

1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.

2. Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except in cases where the processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

3. Depersonalization of personal data — actions that make it impossible to determine whether personal data belongs to a specific User or other personal data subject without using additional information.

4. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools.

6. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific (or identifiable) individual (subject of personal data);

9. Destruction of personal data – any actions, as a result of which personal data is permanently destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

10. Cookies – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.

11. IP address – a unique network address of the node in the computer network through which the User gets access to the site.

Personal data of Site Users is processed on the basis of:

Personal data of Site Users is processed for the following purposes:

  • identification of the User of personal data who contacted the Operator via the feedback form;
  • establish feedback with the User.
  • conclusion, execution and termination of contractual relations;
  • conducting statistical and marketing research, as well as targeting (targeting the target audience) ads placed on the basis of depersonalized Personal Data.

The User agrees to be processed when sending their Personal Data to the Operator, including when:

  • filling out feedback forms on the Site;
  • e-mail requests;
  • requests by phone number.

Types of personal data of users processed by the Operator:

  • information that the User deliberately provided during the use of the Site.
  • technical information that is automatically collected by the Site’s software when the User visits the Site.

Categories of subjects whose personal data is processed:

  • Clients and counterparties: individuals interacting with the Operator; representatives of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
  • Representatives of clients and counterparties: individuals representing the interests of clients and counterparties.
  • Site visitors and users of mobile / web applications: individuals who use the Operator’s online resources.

Personal data is provided by the User by filling out various registration forms on the Site and contains:

  • first name, surname, patronymic;
  • mobile or local phone number.
  • e-mail address.
  • additional information in the form of attached files (optional).

To maintain statistics and analyze the Site’s performance, the Operator processes anonymized data using the Yandex.Metrica metric service:

  • IP address.
  • information about the browser.
  • device type (mobile or PC).
  • cookies.
  • access time.
  • other information about the User’s activity on the Site.

Depersonalized User data collected using the Internet statistics service is used to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

Types of personal data processing that the Operator uses: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision), blocking, deletion, destruction.

The operator performs processing-either automatically or manually.

The Operator does not distribute or provide Users ‘ Personal Data to third parties without their consent, except in the following cases:

  • if the User has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party in order to fulfill its obligations under a civil contract;
  • for the purpose of preventing and suppressing illegal actions of the User and protecting the legitimate interests of the Operator and third parties, as well as in cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • at the reasoned request of judicial bodies, state security bodies, prosecutor’s offices, police, investigative bodies, other bodies and organizations in cases established by regulatory legal acts that are mandatory for execution.
